ProfitSolv Chief Executive Officer
Kelley Castell
As CEO of ProfitSolv, Kelley brings 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of business sectors to help create value for clients, employees, and shareholders. Throughout his career, Kelley’s servant leadership style has facilitated transformational growth in organizations like First Data, Oasis Outsourcing, and Bluefin Payment Systems. Kelley retired from the US Navy Reserve in 2018 after 24 years of service. He holds a BA in International Affairs from the Florida State University, a BS in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University, and an MBA from Troy State University.

Tim Schneible
Tim has over two decades of deep operational experience in Saas and payments with startup, mature, and private-equity backed businesses. His primary focus is on developing partnerships across the business to drive company expansion, customer satisfaction, and team member development. Tim brings an extensive background in retention, support, implementation, product, pricing, and acquisition rollup with companies such as BankOne, Barclays, Worldpay, and PatientNow. An empowering leader, Tim fosters a collaborative culture that values ownership and sense of urgency to improve organizational results. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University.

Robert Ven
Robert Ven serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ProfitSolv. As CTO, Bob is focused on accelerating value creation across the portfolio companies by harnessing new technology innovations to realize growth objectives. Bob has a wealth of experience leading organizations through cultural and technology transformations in private equity and public companies. Prior to ProfitSolv, Bob held CTO and CIO roles at Intrado, ConstructConnect, and Bottomline Technologies, where he was responsible for Product Strategy, R&D, Cloud Operations, IT and Cybersecurity. Bob is a Biomedical Engineering graduate from Northwestern University and holds numerous certifications in cloud architecture, lean six sigma, agile scrum, and program management.

Karen Dixon
Karen Dixon comes to ProfitSolv with over 20 years of marketing experience, with a focus on go-to-market strategies & lead generation solutions for SaaS companies. A results-driven leader with extensive experience in planning and executing multi-channel sales & marketing programs, Karen is responsible for creating demand and generating quality lead volume through innovative B2B marketing strategies, delivering value to ProfitSolv clients and shareholders alike. Prior to ProfitSolv, Karen spent 12 years at Newfold Digital leading marketing teams for Web.com and Domain.com, two leading web presence SMB solutions. She also brings legal marketing experience to her role after serving as Product Marketing lead for Sokolove Law. Karen holds a BS from the University of Vermont.

Finesse Blumenthal
Finesse Blumenthal serves as Chief People Officer at ProfitSolv, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading HR strategy and organizational development for global enterprises, professional services firms, and high-growth startups. She oversees all aspects of people and culture, including talent strategy, leadership development, total rewards, and workforce planning. Her career has focused on building scalable people practices that align business objectives with employee engagement and performance. She has led international teams through integrations and acquisitions, implemented executive coaching and leadership programs, and introduced data-driven talent solutions that improve retention and strengthen culture. Finesse holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Penn State, is SHRM-SCP certified, a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect coach, and has participated in Wharton’s CHRO Executive Program. She is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and actively contributes to shaping the future of work.
