Kelley Castell

As CEO of ProfitSolv, Kelley brings 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of business sectors to help create value for clients, employees, and shareholders. Throughout his career, Kelley’s servant leadership style has facilitated transformational growth in organizations like First Data, Oasis Outsourcing, and Bluefin Payment Systems. Kelley retired from the US Navy Reserve in 2018 after 24 years of service. He holds a BA in International Affairs from the Florida State University, a BS in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University, and an MBA from Troy State University.

Randall Robinson

Randall Robinson

ProfitSolv’s Chief Financial Officer, Randall Robinson, has spent 10+ years in SaaS and technology leadership. As the CFO at ProfitSolv, Randall partners with stakeholders at all levels across the organization to define and accelerate enterprise strategic growth and profitability initiatives. Throughout his career in public and private sectors, Randall has assembled and fine-tuned highly successful teams in Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate IT, and Human Resources at companies including Black Diamond Performance Reporting, Advent Software, SSNC Technologies, and Clearsense. Randall holds a B.A. and an M.B.A in Finance from the University of North Florida.

Steven Ballantyne

Steven Ballantyne is the Chief Operating Officer at ProfitSolv. As COO, Steven focuses on helping design strategies and align processes to achieve the desired outcomes at our portfolio companies. He brings a wealth of experience having had roles in product, service, success, support and sales operations.

Prior to ProfitSolv, Steven has previously worked as COO at Watermark Insights and as Chief of Staff and VP of Product Strategy and Operations at PowerSchool.

Steven is an Econ/Spanish graduate from Davidson College and holds an MBA and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.

Jay Ablian

Jay Ablian is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Payments at ProfitSolv, where he is responsible for scaling the growth of payments across our portfolio companies. With more than 25 years of business and leadership experience, Jay’s career has spanned general management, strategy and business development in Fintech, SaaS, and mobile telecom. Most recently, he was VP and GM in Global Business Solutions at Fiserv, Inc. Jay holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Scott Clasen

Scott Clasen is the VP of Marketing for ProfitSolv. With 20+ years of marketing experience, he’s seen the full transition to the digital marketing environment.

Scott was previously the marketing director at TimeSolv, one of the ProfitSolv portfolio companies, where he oversaw growth that resulted in tripling the user base in less than five years.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Education from the University of St. Thomas.
